Operation Analyst

The Operation Analyst is responsible for generating, analyzing, and presenting operational reports for Retail Support Management, ICC, and Affiliates. This role supports real-time, data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely insights, ensuring data integrity and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Duties & Responsabilities

  • Create and deliver operational performance reports for different business lines
  • Analyze key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities
  • Present clear and accurate reports to operational and management teams
  • Ensure quality, integrity, and consistency of reported data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-based solutions

What we require and look for in you

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operational data analysis or similar roles
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar BI tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Clear communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
