Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily performance of on‑site sales teams in a call center environment. This role ensures individual and team sales targets are met, operational processes run efficiently, and agents receive continuous coaching and support.

The position plays a key role in driving sales performance, motivating teams, optimizing workflows, and supporting the professional development of sales agents while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Duties & Responsabilities

  • Supervise, monitor, and follow up on daily sales agent performance.
  • Ensure achievement of sales, quality, productivity, and retention goals.
  • Provide real‑time feedback and conduct individual and group coaching sessions.
  • Coordinate with Quality and Training teams to reinforce standards and best practices.
  • Implement initiatives to improve team motivation and performance.
  • Manage attendance, schedules, compliance, and team behavior.
  • Analyze performance reports and execute timely corrective actions.
  • Escalate operational incidents and collaborate cross‑functionally for resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a positive, results‑driven work environment.

What we require and look for in you

  • Technical or professional degree in business, management, or related fields (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience supervising sales teams in a call center environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Experience working with sales KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM and contact center platforms (e.g. Bundle Portal, Vonage).
  • Intermediate Excel and reporting skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
  • Effective communication and team management skills.
