Requirements
Duties & Responsabilities
- Support the sales agents’ team to successfully close B2B and Home Security sales
- Ensure daily operations and processes run efficiently for the sales division
- Track and report performance metrics for management visibility
- Coordinate communication and documentation across departments
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance sales operations
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members
- Uphold the company’s quality and operational standards
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or related fields
- English Level: C1 or C2 (90%)
- Previous experience in sales support or operations (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, CRMs, and digital tools
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
Schedules
- 42 hrs weekly
- Monday through Saturday
- Rotative schedule
