Senior Sales Supervisor

The Senior Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing supervisors and sales agents in a high‑performance, on‑site call center environment. This role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring compliance and quality standards, and fostering a results‑driven culture.

The position works closely with Sales Management and cross‑functional teams to monitor performance metrics, implement sales strategies, and support continuous training and development initiatives to consistently exceed business targets.

Duties & Responsabilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and sales teams to achieve performance and revenue targets.
  • Create a motivating, accountable, and high‑performance sales environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
  • Implement and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion, revenue, call quality, and productivity.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with QA, Training, Coaching, and WFM teams to optimize results.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 sessions with supervisors to support leadership development.

What we require and look for in you

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience leading and managing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
  • Proven experience coaching and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and KPI‑driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and call center tools.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English C1 and Spanish C2.
